Finish the team list
Before making picks, confirm the entrant count and spellings. The builder rejects a list with missing slots or duplicate names, but it cannot know whether the teams are the right ones for your event. If you revise the list after picking winners, rebuild and review the bracket again.
Consider page size
A 32- or 64-team bracket is dense on ordinary paper. In print preview, try landscape orientation and a larger paper size if available. Check that match labels and names remain readable. A PDF can be zoomed, but a wall copy needs type you can read from the intended distance.
Print the current state
You can print a blank prediction worksheet after entering teams, a partial bracket during an event, or a completed record. Choose the moment that matches your purpose. The print button uses the current preview; it does not include the editable team form or advertisements.
Inspect the output
Review every page in the print dialog or saved PDF. Look for split rounds, truncated names, and an unexpected extra page. If the result is too cramped, shorten team labels in the input, use a larger page, or print a smaller bracket for a separate activity.
Practical check
Ask someone who did not build the bracket to read a middle-round matchup from the printed page. If they need to zoom, turn the paper, or guess which lines connect, revise the format. The point of printing is quick use during an event. A readable partial bracket may serve the group better than a tiny all-in-one sheet. Keep one extra blank copy for unexpected changes during play.
